We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Developer to identify, pursue, and nurture new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving the company’s growth by establishing strong relationships with potential clients, generating sales and working closely with other departments to ensure goals are met.
• Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities in the field.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
