Experiencing rapid growth with over 10,000 customers in Tanzania, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Intern in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. We are seeking proactive individuals ready to roll up their sleeves, work hard, and dedicate themselves to making a meaningful impact in our communities.
As a Customer Care Intern, you will also support marketing operations by performing various administrative tasks, including updating databases, creating consumer rating reports, conducting market research studies, and collaborating with other departments on deliverables.
Key responsibilities include handling external communications with customers through inbound and outbound calls and SMS, telesales to generate leads and clients, building and maintaining client databases, following up with leads, resolving customer queries, and managing administration tasks.
We require candidates with proven experience in customer service or telesales, a good understanding of office management and sales principles, multitasking ability, and a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office, marketing computer software, online applications, and excellent communication skills are essential. A diploma or BSc in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is advantageous, with at least one year of working experience in the relevant field.
