The “United Brilliant Solutions (T) Limited (UBS)” is a private company which was established and registered as Company limited with its Head office located in Dodoma Tanzania at City Council. Currently the company is deals with Consultancy, Civil, Building works and Real Estates services in United Republic of Tanzania. The Company is seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant cum Admin Officer (1 Post), Civil Engineers (4 Posts), Business Development Officer (1 Post) and Civil/Water Technicians (4 Posts). The staff will form part of our company working team, to manage projects from concept development to completions in an effort to ensure quick growth of the company.
1.Accountant Admin Officer (1 POST)
Generating, updating, and maintaining reports on income, expenditure, and financial transactions as per international format; Creating and processing invoices as well as Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable and Tracking expenses. 2. Civil Engineer (4 POSTS)
Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects and conducting Projects Costs analysis; Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data, assessing potential risks, materials and costs; Prepare tender documents and apply through PPRA systems; Attend regular site meetings and report proceedings to the Managing Director (MD); Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other); Makes regular checking of technical designs,
3.Business Development Officer (1 POST)
Carry out market research needed to generate new business and opportunities as per company and market need Develop long term Business plan and execute all Plans related Company business and do marketing and selling activities Lead generation, follow up and new business closure and advice improvements Liaison with new and existing customers Transform company growth to meet expected goals and its business visions; Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning Analyze financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits; Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; Collaborate with company MD to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities;
4.Civil and Water Technicians (4 POSTS)
Assist civil engineers in the design, construction and management of a variety o projects; Prepare daily work plan and timetable; Register daily Craftsman person and all daily local labor; Prepare detailed building plans; Ensure a project matches client specifications; Calculate the amount and type of materials needed; Ensure work is carried out according to deadlines; Reduce a project’s impact on the environment.
