Fresh students who want to be considered for on-campus residential accommodation should fill in the form and submit it via the UEW Hostel Portal. The appropriate authority will get back to the applicant with an approval notice and information on how to complete the required processes.

Applicants who have applied to study at UEW and have been admitted (I’m yet to check admission status) can now apply to secure a bed at their Hall of Affiliation (as stated on your Admission Letter).

- Complete the request form for the Hall of Residence
- Fill in all required fields (*)
- Enter the following details
- Active Email Address
- Index Number (Known as Student Number)
- Full Name
- Choose Gender
- Phone Number
- WhatsApp Number (if different from Phone Number)
- Choose the National ID type
- Input National ID Number
- Programme of Study (As stated on the Admission Letter)
- Choose Hall of Affiliation (As stated on the Admission Letter)
