We’re excited to expand our team and are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Digital Banking Sales Officer at our Head Office. Job Objectives:
- Drive sales, usage, profitability, and growth of digital banking products in the country.
- Ensure deployment of all digital banking products within the country.
- Increase the penetration (utilization) of UBA digital banking products in the Public & Private Sector Organizations.
- Scope and identify all potential digital banking customers in the country.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to drive the digital banking budget for the bank in-country.
- Implement strategies to ensure the bank is a leader in the digital banking space, focusing on profitability, product innovation, and features & functionalities.
- Utilize the bank’s network effectively for the sale of electronic banking products and solutions.
- Supervise the digital banking sales team in-country, ensuring regular interactions, weekly performance reviews, and coaching & mentoring.
- Ensure high-level product knowledge among staff through regular training.
- Manage the entire digital banking portfolio of the bank in-country.
- Identify and escalate issues in digital banking relationships and ensure effective resolution.
- Disseminate the bank’s digital banking strategy at all levels within the subsidiary country.
- Ensure all electronic banking products, channels, and solutions deployed are profitable.
- Conduct market research of electronic banking products twice a year, submitting recommendations for management approval.
- Review performance of all digital products and solutions monthly, developing strategies to meet budget goals.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- MBA/Master’s Degree or a relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in digital banking sales.
