- University degree in computer science, electrical or computer or telecom engineering or related field.
- MBA or master’s in science is an added advantage.
- Over 5 years’ experience in network operations including FTTH.
- In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic networks, management of telecommunications infrastructure, and other relevant technologies.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES·
- Provide Operational leadership for B2B technical Operations and Maintenance and over B2B technical Operations team and ensure compliance with organizational processes and policies
- Develop and manage budgets for B2B network operations to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Manage B2B operations strategy, policies, and processes including procurement, inventory management, subscriber connections and maintenance.
- Oversee change management on B2B network infrastructure ensuring proper documentation, testing and communication to minimize disruptions.
- Responsible for B2B Technical
- Operations reporting:
- management, steering committee, operations risk, lessons learned and KPI reports etc.
