Silverleaf Academy is excited to announce the launch of our inaugural 2024 Talent Academy! As we extend the reach of the Silverleaf promise throughout Tanzania, we are dedicated to providing robust training and development opportunities for the upcoming generation of Silverleaf educators. In this vein, we are introducing a paid one-year teacher fellowship program. Participants will undergo training in the Silverleaf model, engage in co-teaching experiences, and upon successful completion of the Talent Academy, they will have the opportunity for full-time employment at one of our Silverleaf Academy campuses.

The 2024 Silverleaf Academy Teacher Fellowship Application Form
Qualifications:
- Teaching certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Diploma in Education preferred)
- Graduation from an English Medium College (Preferred)
- 0-3 years of teaching experience (Preferred)
