Altezza Travelling Limited wishes to invite competent, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Tanzanians to fill in the Resevation position which is currently available in the company.
Responsibilities
- Processing all types of reservations (hotels, lodges, air tickets, etc.) by email, telephone, or other means of communication;
- Know reservation and other essential policies of the hotels, lodges, and other partners of the company;
- Create and maintain reservation records;
- Process cancellations and modifications to the bookings.
- Process advance deposits and payments on reservations;
- Make sure that all reservations are paid in a timely;
- Inform the managers and financial officers of the company when the payments for the reservations become due;
- Checking the invoices sent by the company’s partner lodges and hotels to make sure that proper rates are applied;
- Following manuals, instructions, and performance guidelines, which may be from time to time announced by the Company.
