Reenbook polyclinic and diagnostic lab is a specialized clinic and diagnostic center where we by we based on providing a diagnostic help based on use of modern machines and well trained personnel in archiving that. We provide general and specialized consultations including pediatrics, gynecology, neurology, cardiology, ENT and more. Aiming at making it easy seeing a doctor and get result of test at convenient time interval. reenbok polyclinic also provide occupational therapy and clinics center at various working spaces.
Also, we provide home nursing care for those patients with special needs whereby we are making follow up and visit in various places and areas in Dar es salaam. We also run reenbook pharmacy where is located at mikocheni near shopper’s plaza and it provides all allowed medicines Quality – Provide healthcare excellence through patient-centered care People – Regional healthcare provider and employer of choice Finance – Financial and operational improvement Market Growth – Increasing market share through advancing medical services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information. Schedule appointments between doctors and patients. Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of a certificate. diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical records or any of ARTS related field from ANY recognized university or college. Aged 20- 30 years Basie knowledge in computer studies (Ms Word. Excel…) Fluent in English and Swahili. Minimum 1 years of experience working in hospital facility. Working experience in insurance systems and/or hospital management systems is an added advantage. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply Hard working.
