We are hiring People Operations Interns to join our team. The incumbents will be responsible for People Operations/HR and Employer Branding. Research on modern practices of Talent Management / HR Build content and reports based on the research and have debrief sessions with the leadership team In-house (Internal) implementation of new processes & practices Build Culturelligence brand on their respective social media platforms by engaging in social media marketing practices Cross-collaborate with other team members from different function(s) to extend operations support and work on diverse projects Work very closely with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities / projects important for company growth and success Opportunity to learn Kanban tools and map workflow processes Opportunity to get certified in Agile HR Fundamentals and/or Agile People Ops Framework Recruitment and Onboarding of new hires
Qualifications and Requirements:
Students currently pursuing their BBA/MBA/Masters in HR (or any other Bachelor/master’s degree with keen interest in HR/People Operations career) Students who have graduated and want to build skills in Agile People Ops / Agile HR Language: English – intermediate to advanced level proficiency Perks: This is a remote/virtual (work-from-home) volunteer internship opportunity. Duration of the internship is 3 months. Our Global Internship Program provides an opportunity to all students, graduates, freshers, and professionals with sabbaticals to learn Agile People Operations and implement it in real time. Our interns build leadership skills, understand the nuances of global collaboration and transcultural competence, and grow personally and professionally. We offer a platform for them to explore and experiment with their ideas, and ‘fail’ is considered the ‘first attempt in learning.’ In the coming months, we will be launching career mentoring and coaching programs for our (ex) and current interns.
