PROFESSIONAL MAIDS [2 POSITIONS]

HR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we are looking to hire hard-working and trustworthy Professional Maids to perform various cleaning duties as required by our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

•Work as a team with other maid staff, coordinating housework to get the best possible job done as quickly as possible and communicate any work environment issues to supervisory staff.

•Clean and tidy all areas to the standard of cleanliness within time limits.

•Follows departmental policies and procedures and follows all safety and sanitation policies.

•Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.

•Maintain equipment in good condition.

•Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues

•Handle reasonable complaints/requests and inform others when required.

•Check stocking levels of all consumables

•Performs additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS;

•Form Four / High school certificate or equivalent.

•Proven working experience in relevant fields.

•Sound knowledge of different cleaning methods.

•Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

•Helpful with customer service orientation.

•Professionalism along with speed, ability to light heavy items, and attention to detail.
