About the job
Responsibilities
– Development, implementation and maintenance of credit policy other business processes
– Establishment, reviewing and approving changes to credit scoring procedure and
– Taking care of customer care procedures and any other changes, affecting credit risks;
– Leading continuous improvement and monitoring for risk models;
– Calculation of score cut-off policies and terms of business;
– Performance of ad hoc risk analysis;
– Modelling credit portfolio volume/performance;
– Management of external data providers;
– Coordination of data storing and gathering for further Risk analysis purposes;
– Analysis of trends and present risk KPIs to the management.
Qualifications
– Previous experience working with scoring and fintech companies
– Excellent command of English
– Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Effective organizational and communication skills
– Knowledge of current corporate data handling practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets
