1.SRHR Network Coordinator

The purpose of the SRHR Network Coordinator position is to support the work of the SRHR Hub to effectively coordinate and administer the global SRHR networks and activities, including supporting the Networks in organising their meeting and other activities as needed. The SRHR Network Coordinator is responsible for knowledge management within the SRHR Hub and wider network, which includes documenting best practice, tracking and managing service requests and supporting the Hub with key administrative responsibilities including reporting, data storage/ management and workplan and budget coordination.

Knowledge of rights-based approaches to international development, human rights, child rights, gender equality and inclusion programming. Sound grasps of power, privilege, intersectionality and feminism.   • Location: The location of this role can be flexible where Plan International has an office* that can employ on behalf of the Global Hub and you have the pre-existing right to work and live. You may be office, home or hybrid based.
  • Type of Role: Permanent or maximum fixed term contract as per employing office’s standard terms and conditions.
  • Reports to: SRHR L&D Advisor
  • Salary: We will be happy to disclose the salary and applicable benefits to applicants as part of this process, however, please kindly note that the salary and employment benefits will be set according to your location and therefore it is not possible to include full details here. As an indication if this role was based in the UK the salary would be circa £34,000.
  • Grade: GH 3 or equivalent. Please note that employment terms will be as per the standard terms and conditions in the country where you are based.

3.Deployable Cash & Voucher Assistance Specialist 

As a Deployable Cash & Vouchers Assistance (CVA) Specialist you will deploy to country offices 75% of the year to provide technical leadership at the Country Office level primarily on the CVA feasibility analysis, design and implementation of CVA initiatives, monitoring, capacity building, proposal development support as well as representing the organization at Cash Working Group and relevant clusters. You will also support reporting and documentation process and policy creation about CVA at Plan International

4.Urban Programme Development Lead

Plan International started its Cash and Vouchers Assistance (CVA) programming in 2011, which has grown significantly since then in terms of portfolio and geographical coverage. As of June 2022, Plan International has implemented CVA in more than 50 Country Offices across the federation with more than 156 million Euros as a cumulative portfolio.

5.Re-advertisement – Regional External Relations and Strategic Communications Director 

This role will exist to strengthen Plan’s impact through more effective strategic partnerships, greater influence and more grant resources. While centred on strengthening external relations at above-country level, this role will also lead the following portfolio in the regional hub management team.

Strategic Partnership and civil society engagement. Profiling of Plan among donors; driving identification of potential grant opportunities with new donors, expanding portfolio with existing donors and identifying multi-country funding opportunities. Overseeing the Communications function in the region (technical support on communications can come through the matrix management at the global hub RHMT lead on the “Locally led, globally connected” strategic agenda, though country specific activity will be led by the DSR
