1.International Trade officer (1 position)

Interpret, develop, and implement trade compliance policies Tracking shipment and freight Educate clients and staff about topics such as documentation, classification, and restrictions Conduct research and analysis and present findings to relevant stakeholders Coordinating credit and financial activities and obtaining payments for import/export operation Follow up of customs clearance documents, and feedback corresponding information to domestic documents To preparation and processing of shipping documents, bills of lading, dock receipt, export declaration, consular invoice, certificate of origin Recommend on the completeness and state of accuracy of shipping documents, received from shippers/consignee
Requirement: Qualification and skills
Bachelor’s degree in international trade, international business, business administration or any related field Working experience of not less than three (3) years in the related field Excellent spoken and written communication skills Experience in customs, clearing and forwarding, marketing, clear all export and import procedures and know how to handle the abnormal situation during verification of goods, transportation and logistics Must be computer literate
2. Human resources manager
Developing and implementing HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Managing the recruitment and selection Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Interpret various regulations to staff To hand pension and terminal benefits schemes

Diploma in mining engineering or in any related field Mining, blasting and explosives experiences Minimum experiences 3yrs in the field of detonator and explosives, supervising magazine Minimum 3yrs sales and marketing or business development experience in mining issues, explosives Experiences in sales and distribution in explosives will be added advantage Strong mining networks and ability to convert customers to new products Holder of valid blasting certificate will be added advantage Have a good knowledge and strong network of African explosives market English proficiency, skils in Ms office Warehouses and housekeeping skills
