1.SME Channels Sales Account Manager 

In consultation with the Channel Sales Manager, develop action plans aimed at achieving sales and revenue targets through direct & indirect sales channels Map and size the SME market opportunities within assigned region for Airtel Products Recruit, develop and continuously monitor indirect sales channel partners (CPs) within the region initiate and participate in channel support activities to maintain high customer satisfaction, that may include trainings, tele-sales, activations/sales camps. Maintain market report and knowledge of any new developments with regards to accounts and prospects through surveys and customer visits Monitor competitor activity within the region and reports with recommendations for action Manage customer levels of outstanding debt and highlight problem accounts for action by collections team.

Qualifications, Competencies and Behaviors required.

Minimum of a degree with 3-5 years’ work experience in Telecommunication / ICT industries good understanding of current services and solutions offered would be of added advantage Distribution management skills with sound business knowledge Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong planning and organization skills Proactive, flexible and adaptable to change. 2.Internal Audit and Risk Manager

Supervision and performance of Internal audit reviews, special investigations to reinforce compliance to processes, procedure and controls Ensure that processes and procedures are in place for fraud prevention, instituting risk assessment and control awareness programs across all functions Preparation of all reports required for presentation to Airtel Senior Management including the Chief Internal Auditor on the status of reviews Champion the implementation of Group Audit and Enterprise Risk initiatives and oversee the timely delivery of the audit plan Facilitate departmental risk assessments to identify high risk areas within the organization to improve internal control environment

Review functional control mitigation plans to ensure adequate and prioritized management attention on known issues and preventing recurrences ensure that issues arising from audit and other compliance reviews are well understood by all levels of management and staff Reduce fraud related losses by assisting in the identification of control weaknesses and implementing control solutions for future improvements Assist in the development and delivery of awareness training and activities as part of the fraud prevention program Maintain a calendar for the board audit committee meetings for timely and accurate audit and risk engagements

Qualifications, Competencies and Behaviors required.

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Technology, or Finance ACCA/CPA/CISA or other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage Minimum 8 years’ work experience in governance, risk, control or audit related roles preferably in Telecoms/Service or mobile financial services industry added advantage. IT Audit experience added advantage Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Hands-on attitude with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously High personal standards and results oriented Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and collaboration Excellent and effective communication skills.
