AHI would like to recruit qualified, dynamic and ethical personnel to fill the following position,Following up with the transporter(s) to ensure time & complete delivery of cleared shipments. Keeping records of all demurrages, detentions, etc., following up with the concerned buyers for settlements, and implementing preventive actions to avoid customs penalties. Examining invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations. Preparing periodic reports with respect to Customs Clearance Section’s activities and achievements. Have complete knowledge to prepare and confirmed all import permits from the related Departments and all import custom exemption documents, formats and formalities.
1.Marketing Officer (1)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Manage and develop the company’s brand in Tanzania. Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns. 2.Maintenance Worker (2)
Supervise maintenance team. Oversee equipment maintenance and repair. Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations. Identify training needs and provide coaching to maintenance technicians. Maintain accurate documentation and generate maintenance reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Foster collaboration and communication with other departments.
VETA, High school diploma qualification or above majoring in electronics. 1+ years of experience in electronics. Strong understanding of electronic products and manufacturing processes. Preferably female candidate. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Previous sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry. Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product information. Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing sales territories and developing sales plans.
4. Customs Clearance Officer (3)
Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following upcoming shipments, document transactions and day-to-day related activities by the objectives, policies and procedures. Tracking import and export. Following up with the operation department and clients for the reception of the complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes and ensuring its compliance with Tanzania Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements. Following up with the Freight Forwarders, couriers and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for inbound and outbound shipments. Follow up on shipments and documents with the freight forwarders and shipping lines. Verify the delivery of imported products, once cleared, from the sea to our designated warehouses. All other tasks/duties that he/she may be assigned by the supervisor/employer.
Male candidates are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport management, or a related field. At least 1+ year of experience in the clearing and forwarding industry. Not more than 30 years of age. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Sales Supervisor (6)
1+ year of experience in the FMCG industry. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. All other tasks/duties that he/she may be assigned by the supervisor/employer.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field. 3+ years of experience in quality testing. Strong understanding of electronic products and manufacturing processes. Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
