1.Team Lead Enterprise

As a team lead Enterprise Applications, you will lead diversified team environment to support, maintain, document Microsoft technologies which support organization business process and employee productivity while maintaining security. Working with Banks core IT team, you will have a solid understanding of on-prem AD, Azure AD, server, client, email, Microsoft Teams and cloud technologies in general, as well as experience working in new implementation projects. 2. Intergration Specialist

Provide and manage end to end technical integration expertise to banking and business applications and integrate with ESB and API services. Collaboratively participates in business requirements gathering sessions and documents technical specifications. Advanced technical proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, JSON and XPath is required to undertake code reviews. Create API Specifications like WSDL, YAML/RAML documents as API contracts for development team. Work will span all parts of the software engineering lifecycle, with a focus on middleware development utilizing the Java/J2EE/Spring/Struts platform and databases. Use middleware technologies to support and maintain existing application interfaces. Create new interfaces for a wide range of commercial applications, as well as write functional and technical specifications.

3.Team Lead– Enterprise (Servers, Storage & Data Centre)

The IT Server, Storage & Backup Specialist will be required to design, install, configure, conduct tests, manage, monitor, support, and troubleshoot all server, storage & backup components of the Bank’s Data Center, disaster recovery site and other remote locations. Shall be tasked with the Inspection of work undertaken by contractors, vendors and the Bank’s personnel for conformity with acceptable specifications and quality standards.

Oversees the infrastrucess continuity strategies for the same. Leads the migration to new technologies, evaluates processing performance relating to machine utilization and reliability, and forecasts financial, physical, and human resource needs to meet established objectives. Designs, builds, configures, installs, monitors and supports the physical and virtual server environment, including various platforms and vendors for the entire Bank estate. Designs, configures, manages and monitors highly scalable physical and virtual storage environment, including multiple SAN’s, NAS’s and other storage devices for the entire Bank estate. Patch management – monitor all servers to make sure all the latest critical updates are successfully installed on them – and to put in quotas and any settings that increase efficiency and uptime.

4. Patch Management Administrator

The Patch Management Administrator will be primarily responsible for all system administration duties associated with End-point Patching. These includes all system admin functions of the servers and associated relays, perform patch and software distributions, manage security configuration of the systems, provide reports for management use, demonstrate system health and compliance based on pre-defined standards, routine maintenance of the systems. Manage the server OS patching procedure and security hardening. Investigation and remediation of endpoint security incidents according to corporate security policies. Provision and maintain endpoints to align with corporate security policies. Provide solutions to clients by identifying problems and mitigating the issue(s) through corrective steps.

5.Database Administrator

The Database Administrator (DBA) will keep the Bank’s databases up and running smoothly 24/7. Their goal will be to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users. In addition, the DBA will ensure that all database related incidents/faults are prioritized for resolution in order to minimize downtime. Install and maintain the performance of database servers. Develop processes for optimizing database security. Set and maintain database standards. Manage database access. Performance tuning of database systems. Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data. Install, upgrade, and manage database applications. Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.

6.Application Officer (EOD Operator)

Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the design, development and implementation of core banking and other allied applications, while maintaining the integrity and availability of critical business system and data. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with business areas and manages enterprise applications. Ensure availability of Flexcube system by initiating the Flexcube Start-of-day procedure and enabling incoming/outgoing message traffic flow in the EMS/Flexcube system. Ensure robust review of issues and problems in the core banking systems. Ensure provision of technical support and provide solution to problems reported from IT-Help Desk (level 2 supports).

7.Officer – Desktop Support

This position is responsible for providing technology support to employees, for enhancing the efficiency of the Bank through technology; and for ensuring the security of all data. This position will report directly to Head – ITSM & ITDR and will interact with bank employees. Provide help desk support to users onsite and remote. This includes onboarding, offboarding and transfer, respond to assigned requests within SLAs, troubleshooting user hardware, software and telephone (desk phones and smartphones) issues at all bank locations. Travel to bank branch locations to provide on-site support when required. Create Windows PC images with bank software and deploy to designated users/locations. Assist with maintaining an up-to-date inventory of assets. Assist in infrastructure project work, including branch relocation, closure, opening, office relocation, expansion.
