Nominees For The MMA Melon Music Awards, Date And Location: The Melon Music Awards 2022 will be a spectacle unmatched by any award ceremony in the past. One of the most renowned award ceremonies, MMA 2022, will include a number of idols and musicians that, with or without promotions, completely rocked the Korean entertainment industry.
The Melon Music Awards features Grand Prizes (Artist, Album and Song of the Year) as well as Top Ten Winners for each category; calculated in part by Digital Sales (60%), Judges Score (20%) and Online Voting (20%). In addition, the Melon Music Awards honors Artists in various music genres – not just Pop Artists – with these award categories.

Details of this year’s Melon Music Awards (MMA) has been released! One of Korea’s largest annual music award ceremonies, the event which is hosted by the world-famous Korean streaming service – Melon. For two consecutive years, MMA was only available online because of COVID-19 but now it will be held for its third time in Gocheok Sky Dome on November 26th.
Lee Je Wook, the head of Melon within Kakao Entertainment, commented on MMA 2022 stating that he wants it to be a festival where fans and artists as well as music industry representatives can all shine and harmonize by concluding this year with an astounding finale.
Late October will see the unveiling of a teaser for MMA 2022 and the artist lineup. The sale of event tickets will start on October 31. Keep checking back for updates and the lineup
