Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA), Mining Commission (TMC), National Mining Corporation (STAMICO), Benjamin Mkapa Hospital, Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial College (MNMA) ), Land University (ARU), East African Statistical College (EASTC), Arusha International Conference Center (AICC), Tanzania Examinations Council (NECTA), National Institute of Human Disease Research (NIMR) , Self – SELF MF Fund, Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE), Open University of Tanzania (OUT), College of Rural Development Planning (IRDP) would like to inform all job seekers who applied for a job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 04th March 2024 to 19th March 2024 and finally to assign job centers to the job applicants who pass the interview.
UTUMISHI Call for Interview
The Usaili Utumishi interviewees who are called to the interview should follow the following instructions:-
- The interview will be held from the date as shown in this advertisement time and place where The interview will be held for each Cadre.
- Each interviewee must arrive at the interview area wearing a mask
- Each Respondent should have identification for identification;
- Acceptable IDs include:- Resident ID, Caller ID
vote, Work ID, Citizenship ID or Passport. - The interviewees must come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, form IV, VI, Diploma, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and continue depending on the qualifications
The applicant. - Interviewees who will present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, patents Form IV and VI result slips (form V and form VI results slips) will NOT be accepted by THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Each interviewee will pay for Food, Travel and Accommodation.
- Each Interviewee should note the date, time and place he was scheduled to interview.
- For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been checked and approved by Relevant authority (like TCU, NACTE or NECTA)

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government organ with a status of independent Department established specifically to facilitate the recruitment process of employees to the Public Service. Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1).
For cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should come with certificates their Original Registration and Operating Licenses.
All interviewees called to the interview should make sure they log into their accounts and copy the numbers of the test since those numbers will not be given during the interview
All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so you are advised to dress clothes that withstand cold weather.
