The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health would like to inform applicants for health profession jobs advertised on the Ministry’s website www.moh.go.tz from October 19, 2023, to November 3, 2023, that the application procedures have been completed.

Individuals whose names are listed in this announcement are required to report to the Mirembe Nursing College Hall in Dodoma within fourteen (14) days starting from February 29, 2024, to complete the employment procedures.

Applicants are required to bring original certificates and two (2) copies for each certificate used during the job application, including:

Birth certificate copy;
Curriculum Vitae (CV);
Copy of Identification/Citizenship Number (NIDA);
Copies of Secondary Education certificates (Form Four and Six);
Copies of academic and Transcript certificates;
Copy of Internship Training Certificate;
Copy of Registration Certificate from the relevant Council and Board (Valid License);
Copy of Accreditation and Equivalence certificates for education and profession from TCU and NECTA for those who studied abroad as well as those who studied Secondary education outside the country/Foreign curricula;
If your names differ in your certificates and birth certificate, ensure to submit an affidavit of names (Deed Pool) from the Registrar of Oaths and Registered by the Registrar of Deeds, Ministry of Land and Housing Development;
Two (2) Passport Size Photos.

Moreover, anyone reporting with only the ‘Transcript’ or having fewer copies of the mentioned documents above will not be accepted.

All applicants whose names did not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not secure a position, so they should not hesitate to apply for job positions when announced.
All applicants are strongly advised to adhere to the reporting time to work as specified above. The Ministry will take action to fill those positions for those who do not report within the specified time.
