1.Import and export Personnel (stationed at the border)
Process management. Follow up the arrival of goods according to the domestic shipping information, complete the customs clearance of goods in a timely and efficient manner, Customs declaration and inspection. Handle relevant permits and customs procedures to ensure import and export clearance operation; Ensure and improve the efficiency of inspection and customs clearance.
Required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, related field will be preferred Experience in import and export business is required Accept a long-term stay at the border Speak and write English fluently Can use office software such as WORD and EXCEL, Comply with company rules and regulations
2. Sale Supervisor & Trainee
Learning ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory Maintains and develops relationships with clients Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes. Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients You will have chance to become official sale after training
Sales experience in building materials industry is required, Speak and write English fluently, Can use office software such as WORD and EXCEL, Comply with company rules and regulations, Accept irregular long-term business trips
3.Accountant Trainees
Manage all accounting transactions, Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations
Required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, or related field. More than 3 years of related experience is required Work experience as an Accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting software Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Comply with company rules and regulation
4.Hr&Administration Supervisor
Recruitment, management and resignation of local employees Assisting the manager in dealing with local government departments Applying for and obtaining company certificates and licenses Additional office jobs Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Applicants between the ages of 28 and 37 is required more than 2 years of related experience;
