Position 1: Operations Accountant
Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting or a related field. 1-2 years of General Accounting Experience. An excellent written and oral command of Kiswahili and English. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Proficient in relevant computer software. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Position 2: Sales Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Applied Statistics or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Analyst or a similar role. Excellent research and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation software. Basic understanding of financial forecasting. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Position 3: Telesales Representative
Diploma in business administration, marketing or related field. Previous customer service or call Centre experience is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner. Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer effective solutions. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications. Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment. Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
