Job Description

HR Manager

Location: Dar es salaam – Tanzania

Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience Industry: Manufacturing

Duties

1. Implement company policies and procedures
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process
3. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
4. Maintain employee records(soft and hard copies)
5. Update HR databases (e.g., new employees, employment status, etc.)
6. Payroll preparation by providing relevant data
7. Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
8. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
9. Provide orientations for new employees when necessary or requested
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification
2. 8 years as an HR generalist with at least 5 years as a HR Manager or similar role
3. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
4. English proficiency is a must
