The company was founded in 2008 with an objective to capture the ever-increasing demand of bakery products in Tanzania, particularly in Dar-es-salaam and Up-Country in major Cities, through upholding our competitive advantage in Quality, Hygiene and Customer Service. Currently the organization boasts of over 22 store locations across the country, with plans to continue expanding in order to meet the ever-growing demand for our products.
Responsibilities
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of all IT equipment and ensure they are used only as intended. Maintain clear communication and information exchange between staff to ensure optimum sharing of technology issues and solutions. Troubleshoot/repair/resolve technical problems/issues related to computer. hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet as per guidelines.
Install, move, add, enhance or make changes to IT software or hardware as guided and approved by the Management. Update log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices as per guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets Maintain all the IT policies and procedures, IT contingency plan, and security policies. Corresponding and coordinating with system suppliers to ensure very short Ensuring that all workstations and servers, CCTV Camera are installed with a suitable Company approved anti-virus software, and that the software is updated.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Information Technology or related field from a local or internationally recognized institution. Minimum 1 years of experience in Information Technology, and industry specific certification (experience in Hospitality industry will be an added advantage)
