Currently we’re actively growing in Tanzania and looking for Customer Support Specialist.
This position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
What will you do:
- outgoing calls to clients;
- response to clients requests via chat and email;
- analysis of client requests (chat, email);
- conflicts resolution.
What we expect from you:
- professional level of English and Swahili;
- at least 6 month of experience in customer support;
- grammatically correct in written and verbal;
- stress resistance;
- computer literacy;
- customer focused.
