Job Requirement:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset. Bachelor’s degree in human resource/Business Administration or any other related field. Must have at least 3 – 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle official and legal matters of the Company Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Salary per month: TSHS 1,200,000
Terms:
Contract period: 1 year Food and Medical Insurance will be provided by the Company Working hours/days: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, Saturday – 08:0am to 01:00 pm (But sometimes can go overtime depending on nature) Eligible Nationalities: Tanzanians only.
