Job Description

Monica cakes and events Company is looking for a Chef Pastry responsible for:

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• Developing new and unique recipes to feature on the menu
• Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
• Ensuring that bakery products and food presentation meet company standards.
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Ensuring that cooking & baking utensils are clean before each use.
• Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
• Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Efficiently resolving issues with customers’ orders.
• Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
• Supervising and training staff members.

Chef Pastry Job Vacancy at Monica Cakes and Events

Job Requirements

• 2-5 Years of experience in cooking of those at least 1year at a level of Chef
• Knowledge of food safety and food hygiene regulations (example: HACCP)
• Fluent in English verbal and written knowledge.
• Understanding of Mise en Place
• Clear Team Communication
• Creativity with Flavor and Texture
• Excellent Hand-Eye Coordination
• Patience Under Pressure

Salary: (TZS) Tshs 250,000/= Per Month
