Job Description

  • To manage the Cards Operation Processes at the back end with the main function being to:
  • Performing cards Scheme settlements (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and UPI)
  • Responsible for the analysis on scheme Performance & MI
  • Supporting and advising business on related charges, interchanges, fees and other income lines
  • Participate in all cards related projects and UAT.
  • Handling Chargebacks, Re-presentments and other cards related disputes.
  • To support other card operations activities
  • Responsible for the control and monitoring of cost elements within the unit.
  • Responsible for the integrity of the quality and service in the appropriate unit to ensure no lapses.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that service levels are maintained and adhered to.
  • To direct and motivate staff.
