General Attributes
The ideal applicants should be graduates of a reputable university, with an upper second degree, not less than 3.0 GPA. They should be highly conversant with written and spoken English. Knowledge of Chinese language will be an added advantage. The applicants should have attained a B grade in English in their O levels. They should be team workers, innovative, result oriented hard working with a penchant for quality delivery of assignments.
Duties and responsibilities
Essentially the firm deals with commercial litigation management, regulatory and compliance matters, legal advisory services, transactional documentation and other corporate matters. So, successful applicants shall be assigned to work in the respective areas of practice.
