1.Assistant Manager – Branding, BTL & Events 

The purpose of this role is to enhance the bank’s brand image, increase customer engagement, and support business goals through strategic branding initiatives, BTL campaigns, and events management. This role drives brand presence, fosters customer loyalty, and contributes to the bank’s growth and success. Ajira za Leo Exim Bank


Brand Strategy and Management Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the bank’s overall vision and objectives. Oversee the execution of brand guidelines across various channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve and evolve the bank’s brand positioning.

Preferred Skills, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience (4+ years) in branding, marketing campaigns, and events management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand management, and positioning. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing below the line marketing campaigns. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for campaign optimization and decision-making. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and social media management tools.

2.Collection Manager – Retail & SME 

People Management Develop a high performing team by assisting senior management in recruiting and promoting the best people in line with business needs. Training and mentoring of staff members in the retail collections and recovery units. Ensure Exim values are displayed and embedded within the team and across all departments. Display and support behaviors that support Exim culture and code of ethics. Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely response to customers including timely issuance of demand notices. Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection. Promoting a learning culture and impacting a technical expertise and knowledge through continuous coaching of staff.Business Management Develop and implement daily portfolio performance monitoring trackers/report for constant monitoring of key parameters on the bank delinquent portfolio. Primary focus shall be on, Early detection of problems in the delinquent portfoli Timely restructuring of accounts Early alert on New NPA and updating the status on key NPAs as required on weekly basis. Prepare monthly feedback Unit reports.
