To implement the overall salon strategy. The Account Developer is responsible for driving listing & creating demand for the products across the salon channel, while ensuring recommendation and right usage of our process range
Main responsibilities
Establishing strong partnerships with our customers (Salons & Beauty Schools) to enable outstanding visibility of MPL brands Deliver Product & Process knowledge training, Gather trade insights – Competitor activity & new product introduction. Lead the listing & introduction of new products in the salon Channel. Implement the salon channel – Development & Activation strategy. Drive the Salon Picture of Success and Execution Standards. Salon Channel Promotion Implementation Gather consumer insights in the salon channel – Product efficacy, consumer feedback & experience.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
A Form 6 Certificate, Diploma, Degree in business or any other relevant field A Certificate in Hair dressing or Sales Management is an added advantage A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience in the field of sales Comprehensive understanding of the in-country consumer market & Hair dressing with strong acumen for execution Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity. Behavioral Must be of unquestionable integrity, Honesty, Trustworthiness and Professionals
Leadership
Must be a team player Must be a self-starter and have an appreciation of business growth and priorities. Strong potential to effectively drive a business agenda and operational coordination of activities. Knowledge. Basic Haircare & Product knowledge Experience with MS Office Customer & consumer service excellence Skills Execution Management & Excellence. Strong eye for details. Strong consumer and customer marketing/sales capabilities Channel Development
