1. FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE- BATTERY/SOLAR; MBEYA
- Reporting to:Â BRANCH MANAGER
- Locations:Â MBEYA
- Number of Positions:Â 1
- Gross Salary:Â TZS 1.0M 1.2M
Job Purpose:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop sales opportunities by prospecting, soliciting and identifying potential accounts
- Building rapport with customers while providing products information and explanations
- Preparing and presenting quotations
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing
- Ensure that you are well conversant and knowledgeable with all our product range, sizing, pricing, availability etc.
- Meet and exceed agreed monthly sales targets
- Proactively identify and secure new business, developing new dealers within designated region, ensuring retention of the same.
- Direct marketing of our products to dealers, ensuring that dealer premises within your designed region are well branded, our product well displayed and taking the front line in their shops.
- Tracking of lost business within designated region (customers) and starting afresh, within timely service recovery.
Customer Service
- Ensure compliance of all Customer Service Standards
- Attend to all customers requirements and/or complaints effectively, giving feedback with minimal delays.
- Know your customers by name and be conversant with their special days e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, religious holidays etc.
- Ensure a good client/company relationship is maintained for all your dealers through regular visits.
- Responsible for all field activities within the region, including but not limited to battery clinics and mechanics events, both in planning and participation.
Others
- Maintain high standards of self and work discipline, co-ordinate your activities well with both your superior and workmates, while observing good international relationship.
- Support your team leader in the achievement of both strategic and corporate goals.
- Participating in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by Management.
- Report unwarranted behaviors which may cause damage/losses to the company.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably in B. Com/business administration with related professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
- 2 years experience is sales
- Proven track record in sales & marketing.
- Experience in an Automotive energy solution sales environment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft office applications is a MUST.
- Able to deliver beyond set targets
2.SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE- ARUSHA
- Reporting to:Â BRANCH MANAGER
- Locations:Â ARUSHA
- Number of Positions:Â 1
- Gross Salary:Â TZS 1.0M 1.3M
Job Purpose:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop sales opportunities by prospecting, soliciting and identifying potential accounts
- Building rapport with customers while providing products information and explanations
- Preparing and presenting quotations
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed solar sales targets
- Identify current and future customers service requirements
- Establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients in a position to understand power backup needs & requirements.
- Provide product, service and technical information.
- Establish new accounts and service contract accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Service clients and provide relationship management
- Develop and grow long-term relationship with all clients.
- Personally, visit all ongoing installations sites to ensure attainment of quality works, smooth handover and develop close strong relationship.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and other events
- Ensure provision of quality service and support to all our clients from site survey, delivery, and technical advice and after sales service.
- Provide regular entertainment through lunches, dinners to key clients, to maintain a strong relationship.
Strategic reporting
- Document all sales activities, generate reports and keep records on transactions with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably in electrical & electronics, renewable energy, energy engineering, B. Com/business administration with related professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record in technical sales & marketing. Able to deliver beyond set targets (TZS 52.0 M per month)
- Thorough knowledge of PV System, SWH and PBS products/systems and installation, and all our product range.
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting of PV, SWH & PB system installations
- Excellent use of Navision
