Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
As the CEO, you will be the driving force shaping the Company’s strategic vision. We are looking for an inspirational leader with a proven track record in the financial services sector to steer the company to unprecedented heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Company’s strategy, including developing new product lines and generating and/or maintaining competitive markets.
- Possess excellent analytical thinking skills to assess financial market performance and make decisions on investments that yield the highest returns.
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Ensure business growth through the underwriting of new businesses and the collection of premium revenue.

Qualifications for this Position:
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior management within the life insurance business, pension schemes, asset management business, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills to study financial market performance and make decisions on investments.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, strong facilitator with excellent leadership skills.
