About The Role

To attain this, we are searching for individuals with focus, ambition, and talent who are eager for the opportunity to showcase their abilities. In this role, you will gain significant exposure to major businesses, playing a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and meeting their requirements.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, initiating proactive communication and assistance.
- Respond to client inquiries, emails, calls, and resolve their challenges.
- Develop account plans to enhance volumes from existing clients.
- Prepare and manage the flow of accounting documents and materials.
- Assist the sales team with onboarding and client management.
- Collaborate with an international team to address local issues.
- Achieve monthly volume growth targets.

About you:
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in account management.
- Self-starter with a keen, ambitious, and results-driven attitude.
- Proactive, organized, and meticulous about details.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and the local language.
- Comfortable and experienced in client interactions, issue resolution, and generating positive outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Demonstrable experience in upselling and generating volume growth from existing clients.
