1   CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (1 POST)

Customer service is the bridge and information center of the sales service center, which plays a role in contacting inside and outside. The service level and quality of the customer service staff directly affect the overall work of the customer service department. Therefore, the customer care supervisor needs to make a work plan and lead the customer service to do a good job in sales.

1.1 Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of customer service, including attendance and billing
  • Responsible for customer service team training, incentives, management and assessment, and optimizing customer service quality in all aspects
  • Reasonable arrangement of the work and scheduling of customer care team
  • Responsible for the work inspection of each post in the department, responsible for organizing the staff training in the department, and case practical training once a week.
  • The customer care supervisor follows up and reminds the customer care to issue orders every day to verify the accuracy of the various documents
  • Confirm the orders that were not opened the day before in the system every day
  • Confirm the orders that have been paid and have not been loaded
  • Confirm whether all the booking orders are Already opened
  • Confirm whether the driver has loaded the goods

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration Major in Marketing
  • 3 years working experience in which 1 year must be in sales industry and 1 year in 1 year in other related jobs
  • Proficient in product knowledge

2 CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (7 POST)

Customer service directly contacts with customers, provides customers with pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services, thereby establishing the company’s reputation, building up customers’ confidence in the company’s products, and further promoting sales.

2.1 Customer service officer job description

  • Provide customers with required product information, including design, quantity, price, etc., to help customers order products
  • Confirms the orders that have not been issued in system
  • Confirms the orders that have been paid and has not been loaded
  • Confirms whether all the reservations have been issued before leaving get off work
  • Confirms whether the driver has loaded the goods
  • Cooperate with the sales manager and remind them that their customer’s overdue situation, accounts receivable, balance and rebate clearance
  • Help customers dealing with product damage compensation

3 SALES MANAGER (1 POST)

According to the business development targets and work plans, assist in the implementation of various sales management affairs, provide sales data support, improve the management functions of the sales management department, lead and coordinate the daily sales work of the sales manager, and complete the sales targets in various regions.

3.1 Sales Manager job descriptions

  • Assist the Chinese manager in internal and external liaison and communication with relevant responsible persons, ensure the effective collection and transmission of information, guide the sales manager to reach the target weekly and monthly

4.1 Sales Officer job description

  • Strive for more sales orders, assist customer care to complete billing, and advance and complete sales target
  • Record and analyze daily sales, weekly sales, and monthly sales, find and analyze abnormal sales, and conduct return visits to customers
  • Develop new customers in respective regions, broaden sales channels, and increase sales share
  • Implement the company’s designated price, discount, sales and other strategies, and effectively pass to customers in the respective regions to promote the production of sales behavior
