Main Responsibilities:
- Physical verification and inspection of the property being appraised
- Conduct due diligence for any legal papers.
- Writing detailed valuation reports.
- Performing any additional obligations assigned by the HoD Valuation.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with our company’s history
- Ability to interact professionally, confidently, and effectively with valuation clients at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to accept our company’s core values and culture
- A detailed grasp of Tanzania’s real estate business
- Detailed understanding of consumer purchasing behavior, marketing strategies, and developing dynamics
- A thorough awareness of legislation pertaining to valuation procedures and channel delivery
- Communication abilities, both written and oral
- Standard computer capabilities.
- Good interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Negotiation skills
- Capability to express and manage complex material clearly and simply.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be registered with the Valuers Registration Board (VRB).
- Bachelor’s degree in land management and valuation from a recognized training institution.
- A minimum of one year of work experience in the valuation business.
- Ability to stay up with industry developments in both the business and marketing contexts.
