Job Functions Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls Responsible for achieving individual sales target Informing clients about market trends Implement the company’s policies Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
Job Qualification & skills
At least an ordinary diploma in any business-related field Proficiency in computer applications. Good communication skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices good problem analysis and solving skills Workstation: Head Office
