1.Clearing & Forwarding Coordinator
Responsible for the managing of the clients Inbound and EAM system Transactions, daily reconciliation between EAM Systems and Physical stock, clearing, shipment tracking and escalating all issues daily to ensure that are cleared before month end stock takes to reduce time spent during reconciliation.
Key Accountabilities
Client SAP System vs Physical Stock Reconciliation Know and adhere to safety rules and regulations on site Stock Reconciliation Key contact for client regarding Inbound shipments Ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately to meet client demands Transaction Monitoring Interface issues resolution Stock takes postings SAP Management SAP processing supervision Coordinate the Employee Opinion Survey to ensure 100% response from the WMS team and work with line manager in resolving issues arising therefrom Verification of receiving goods before GRN Preparing, Update, Managing and Share shipment tracker Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor in charge of the task.
Assisting with identifying and reporting in writing any incidents or hazards and implementing relevant control measures to make the working place safe. Being aware of hazards and performing all duties in a manner that ensures the reasonable health and safety of yourself and other persons in the workplace. Using the safety equipment or wearing personal protective equipment or clothing that is required where appropriate. Not operating machinery or equipment unless authorised and licensed to do so. Co-operating with respect to legislative requirements & company standards/procedures.
2. Warehouse Supervisor
Responsible for planning and coordination of warehouse operations ensuring timely, and quality receipts and issues for beer, spirit and Keg and ensure ring space availability for stocks from production in a safe working environment.
Key Accountabilities
To manage warehouse space constraints issues that may stop production while ensuring quality of services and warehouse keeping is maintained. Interface issues resolution Stock take postings EAM Management EAM processing supervision Coordinate the Employee Opinion Survey to ensure 100% response from the WMS team and work with line manager in resolving issues arising therefrom Verification of receiving goods before GRN Manage labour productivity in the shift Manage the FIFO and stocks aging and generate reports Manage Housekeeping and safety as as per the KPI.
Coordinate and attend operation meetings Coordinate conflicting demands between production, and, empties demand and space management glass and barrels demand Ability to coordinate and supervise a huge volume of stocks in unsecured locations Supervise empties operation to ensure client needs are met. Must be able to interpret KPI’s and develop strategies to ensure these are achieved. Management of Checkers, Forklift drivers, Casuals, shunting drivers, yard marshals and security personnel Have thorough knowledge and experience in logistics Should be able to implement controls and minimize losses.
3. Operation Lead
Manage client relations and oversee the day-to-day contract operations and resources covering dedicated warehousing and distribution services while meeting budget expectations. Management of Checkers, Forklift drivers, Casuals, shunting drivers, yard marshals and security personnel Have thorough knowledge and experience in logistics Should be able to implement controls and minimize losses. Key Accountabilities
Implement contractual agreements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery as per SLA Interface with other departments within the group/ business to ensure synergies are utilized for the benefit of the business and client Oversee the development of the Helios contract team as per HR guidelines Manage and maintain good client relations based on service delivery, continuous improvement, value add and effective reporting of operations Manage allocated resources to achieve targeted financial, operational, service and performance objectives Ensure statutory and company guidelines are enforced in relation to Health,
Safety and Environment [HSE] and Human Resource Manage the Profit and Loss account of the HTT contract identifying key drivers to improve profits and cash flow Planning and coordinating volumes and work orders to meet client supply chain requirements Manage improvement initiatives in collaboration with the First-Choice team Manage contract stock tolerance levels as per SLA guidelines Manage distribution targets as per SLA guidelines Manage contract reporting and KPI improvement and excellence Manage Depot workflows and targets as per SLA and KPI guidelines
4. Warehouse Clerk
Receiving, verification, storage, dispatch / issuing of goods and material as per formal procedures (both system and manually) with a collective responsibility to provide our clients and their customers with quality service. Vacancies at DHL Supply Chain Tanzania
Key Accountabilities
It is our collective responsibility to provide our client and their customer with quality service at all times while seeking continuous improvement Know and adhere to safety rules and regulations on site Maintain good housekeeping habits in offices and other working areas. Guide employees in various working areas and ensure that they adhere to all safety rules and regulations and other related policies. Ensure accurate receiving/dispatch and put away of stocks received from suppliers as per relevant supporting documents & procedures across WMS i.e. (EAM). Indicate receipt/dispatch dates on all received/dispatched items for purposes of exercising FIFO. Ensure that at all times stocks in the Warehouse are arranged by item and within marked areas and properly identified by use of row identification card / Bin Card.
Perform receiving and dispatch duties as per the agreed SLA with the client to avoid any penalties Reconcile stocks through cycle counts and ensure any variances are reported before the monthly stock take for adjustment Ensuring the Warehouse is tidy at all times by way of observing neatness in stock arrangement and removing any unnecessary materials / items from your working area. Report to the supervisor areas that need attention eg (allocation of casuals to clean etc) to always keep you working area tidy or any repair work to machines, other equipment’s or warehouse. Ensure no damage of stock, FLT’s or other assets on site. Immediate report for any damage to stock FLT or other assets. Always follow all security measures.
