1.HR Officer (2 Position)
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job. postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new. employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations. Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate employee recognition programs. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2.Fractionating Tower Operator
Operate and control the fractionating tower equipment to separate and refine chemical compounds according to specified.
parameters. Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other process variables to optimize production efficiency and product quality. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the fractionating tower equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any abnormalities or malfunctions. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the fractionating tower. Respond to alarms and process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.

3.IT Professional
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Set up and manage user accounts and permissions. Monitor and maintain the security of computer systems, networks, and data. Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with team members and management to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
4.Circulation Water System Operator (10)
Operate and monitor the water circulation system to maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of pumps, valves, filters, and other equipment to identify any malfunctions or abnormalities. Adjust water flow rates, chemical dosages, and temperature settings as necessary to meet production requirements and maintain water quality. Respond promptly to equipment alarms or system failures, troubleshoot issues, and take appropriate corrective actions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of water circulation activities with other manufacturing processes.
5.Hydrogen Operator (10)
Operate and monitor the hydrogen gas systems, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on hydrogen storage tanks, compressors, pipelines, and related equipment. Monitor hydrogen gas levels and pressure and adjust as necessary to meet production requirements. Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of hydrogen gas to the glass production processes.
6. Big and Small Air Compressor Operator (8)
Operate and monitor both big and small air compressors to maintain consistent and reliable compressed air supply. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on air compressors, including checking oil levels, replacing filters, and
conducting preventive maintenance. Adjust compressor settings, including pressure and flow rates, to meet operational requirements. Monitor and record operational parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and power consumption. Respond to alarms or abnormalities, troubleshoot issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.
