The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform applicants for various positions who underwent interviews between March 25^th, 2023, and January 22^th, 2024, that the results of successful candidates in the interviews are listed in this announcement. The list of these names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various professions and have been assigned workstations after positions became available.

Applicants who have passed the interview are required to collect appointment letters at the Office of the Public Service Employment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dkt. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Shelves Office, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, letters not collected by the concerned individuals will be sent to their postal addresses.

Furthermore, successful job applicants who have been assigned a workstation are required to report to the employer within the specified time indicated in the appointment letters, carrying their original academic certificates starting from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being issued the Employment Letters. For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, please be aware that you did not secure a position or pass the interview, so do not hesitate to apply again when job opportunities are announced.

IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect appointment letters for the assigned workstation must have identification for recognition. Acceptable identification includes: National ID, Passport, Resident ID, Voter ID, or Work ID.
