Key Responsibilities:
- Owner of PnL you are responsible for overall market operations and performance targets
- Identify growth challenges & partner with functional leaders on solutions
- Drive efficiency across and within departments
- Manage day-to-day operational and financial performance to ensure ROI maximization
- Provide functional leads with relevant local insights to inform commercial strategies
- Ensure functional strategies are appropriately localized to succeed in the market

Requirements:
- 5+ years of managerial experience and working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of General Trade Retail operations and experience in serving the segment
- Demonstrated success leading & motivating high-performing and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills that demonstrate high EQ
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Proven ability to hold teams accountable and achieve aggressive goals
- Availability to travel up to 35% of the time
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field
